2D and 3D layout of Flat
Our client wanted to make alterations to their flat but needed permission from their Leaseholder. SCE Designs performed a survey and used this information to produce 2D and 3D drawings which enabled our client to gain permission for the alterations.

Planning Permission Application
It is not only individuals who need to apply for planning permission, companies do also. Our client wanted to seek approval for the installation of a gate. We provided visualisations that included 3D models over edited photographs and dimensional drawings, which made the application quicker.

Juliet Balconies
The following drawings were commissioned for approval by a planning office. During the building of a number of houses in Oxford, it was realised that the planned Juliet balconies had been missed from the planning submission. Due to the urgency of the situation we produced the 3D visualisations in 24 hours and approval was given quickly.
